Mint Athleisure does not cover return courier costs under any circumstance ,this is the responsibility of the customer.
Mint Athleisure will not be held responsible for collecting parcels at the Postnet, post office/courier. We only accept door delivery to the address:

You will need to return your items within 7 days.

Exchange can take up to 7 working days.

To accept your return, the item must be returned to us within 7 working days. If the above mentioned dates has passed unfortunately the exchange can no longer take place.

If tags are removed even by mistake we are unable to exchange the item.

Mint Athleisure is able to reject a return if the garment looks worn, has stains, smells of perfume or has been worn in pictures.

Regrettably NO returns on sale items.

Our returns policy apply to all orders placed via our Website , Social media pages and WhatsApp.

It is the customers duty to read or ask about the exchange policy before the purchase. Once a purchase is made the customer agrees to exchange and returns policy.

Mint Athleisure online will not tolerate any bullying, profanity and threats to our business or staff members due to customers who are unaware of the exchange policy. 

Mint Suits (Jumpsuit/ Body-glove) cannot be exchanged.

Mint Athleisure store credit will be emailed to you which you can use to repurchase other pieces in the future in case you cannot find an item to exchange with.
